Sponsorship & Donation Requests

Thank you for contacting us regarding sponsorship of your event.

Since Aug 2022, Tracer Golf has sponsored over 16 tournaments and events and provided close to 1500 hrs or $40,000 worth of simulator time to help support local charities and businesses.

For the 2023 season, we are expecting to double this support.


In order to receive a prize donation from us, your event must meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Event must have a webpage
  2. Your webpage must be able to include our logo as well as a link to the Tracer Golf website.

Prize Donations

With the volume of requests we receive for prize donations, we limit the prizes to two 4 hour round certificates for a value of $200 ($100 x 2) per event.  These prizes can be used as giveways or as auction items or any other way you see fit for you event.

 In addition to the prize donations, we provide golf tournaments with a 1 hour free session certificate for every confirmed golfer.

In Kind Value

In general, organizations use the value of the prizes ($200) to determine appropriate sponsorship levels. We leave it up to individual organizations to determine how much exposure they can provide us. In addition to the minimum logo/link requirement we appreciate any other exposure you can provide us and leave it up to you.

Can the certificates be split into 4x 2hr session?

Unfortunately we bulk print our certifcates and it is not possible customize the prize denominations.

Can I pickup the certificates at a Tracer Golf location?


Certificates can only be sent by Canada Post.

How long does it take to get the certificates?

For Canada Post deliveries, we highly recommend you budget 1 full week.

We require a minimum of 3 business days to process your request once you have given us your confirmed attendance.
