Rental clubs are not available. You will need to bring your own clubs.

We provide high quality, premium range balls by Wilson or Srixon.
What can I practice at a driving range besides just my full swing? Can I work on my putting or use the chipping area?
Yes! Our golf simulator has 4 different ranges including a putting green and chipping green with customizable distances. You can also practice on a virtual hole to work on course management
What kind of driving practice can I do here? Can I work on specific shots with my driver or other clubs?
Yes! You practice with any club in your bag. With the shot tracer and data, you can work on shot shaping and perfecting your golf game.
Is there a designated range area, and how are the distances marked?
The simulator software has a designated virtual driving range with yardage markers. But more importantly, the simulator with let you know exactly how many yards the ball carried along with your launch angle and spin rate
Are there putting greens?
The virtual putting green has customizable distances and the overhead camera will even show you your putting stroke!
Is there a chipping area or simulated greens I can aim for?
Unlike the regular driving range, the virtual approach or chipping area has a green and flag you can aim for. Distances can be customized up to 150 yards
Is this a family-friendly site?
Yes, kids are always welcome.
Is food and drink allowed?
Yes, light food and drink is allowed. Alcohol is not permitted
What golf simulator do you use?
Regular and Premium bays use Impact Vision and our Pro bays use the TrackMan iO simulator.
Do you provide balls and tees?
Yes, high quality range balls and rubber tees are provided.
Is this just a driving range or do you have golf simulator as well?
Our technology allows you to practice in a virtual driving range as well as play virtual golf courses from around the world.

Do you have rental clubs?
We do not have rental clubs. You must bring your own clubs.
Can you walk in or do you have to book online?
There is no staff on site. All bookings must be made online prior to arriving.
How do I get my door key?
The smart door key is available in the Tracer Golf app. And activate 15 minutes before your start time.
How long does it take to play a round of golf?
Generally you should budget 1 hour per person to play a full round of golf.
Is it alcohol friendly?
No. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open 27 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We never close.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 3 hour cancellation policy.
How can I extend my booking?
You can extend by simply making another booking. The system will not turn off or reset and your session will be seamless.
Do you have staff on site?
No, we are a fully automated facility but our staff is standing by to support you via phone, chat or email.
