The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.

As a CSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring golfer satisfaction by providing exceptional support through phone, email, chat and social media channels. You will learn and effectively communicate with customers about the various software systems used by the company, ensuring smooth interactions and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, chat, and social media.
  2. Respond quickly and effectively to address inquiries and to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  3. Collaborate with team members to efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 
  4. Develop a strong understanding of golf-related topics and gain insight into the simulators used by the company to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Empathetic and clear communication skills
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of golf preferred but not required

Job Type: Full Time permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule:

  • Thursday 8 am to 9 pm (13 hrs)
  • Friday 8 am to 10 pm (14 hrs)
  • Saturday 8 am to 10 pm (14 hrs)
  • Total 41 hrs

Location: Remote. Work from home
