How can I send the certificate to my friend?

The purchaser will receive the certificate via email.  You can then forward the email to your friend or loved one.

Can I book less than 4 hours?

Only 4 hour bookings are allowed.

There are no refunds or credits for unused time.

Can I use the certificate on the booking system?

No.  Our booking system does not accept certificate or coupon codes.

The certificate must be redeemed by filling out this form.

Is there a refund/credit for a regular bay booking?

No.

There is no refund or credit for the difference in value.

Is this a gift card?

No.

This is not a $100 gift card.

This certificate is only good for a single 4 hour booking in any bay at any Tracer Golf location in the GTA.

There is no expiry date to the gift certificate.
