How It Works
- When you purchase an eGift Card online you will receive 2 emails: Purchase receipt and the eGift Card that has a unique code.
- You can forward this email or print the email to give to the recipient.
- eGift cards can be redeemed by going to this page. All bookings made with an eGift Card must be processed manually by our staff. eGift Card codes cannot be used in our booking system.

Premium vs Pro Bay. What's the difference?
Our premium bays use the Impact Vision simulator with a swing vision camera system.
Our pro bays use the Trackman simulator.

What am I purchasing?
When you purchase one of our eGift Cards you are purchasing time in one of our bays.
Our eGift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for the TIME purchased. They do not carry a cash balance.
How can I buy multiple eGift Cards?
To purchase more than one you will need to perform separate purchases for each card you would like to buy.
Is there an expiry date?
Can I exchange my card for multiple cards?
Example.
I purchase a 2 hour card. Can I change it to 2 x 1 hour cards?
No.
Exchanges of cards are not permitted.
Please select carefully before you make your purchase.
Purchasing multiple 1 hour session cards is the most flexible option.
Are eGift Card refundable?
What can be booked?
A TrackMan Pro Bay eGift card can be used to book a Pro Bay at any of the locations listed below.
A Premium Bay eGift card can be used to book a Premium or Regular Bay at any of the locations listed below. It cannot be used to book a Pro Bay.

What does the eGift Card look like?
Here is a sample of the email that will be sent to the purchaser.
How can I send the eGift Card to my friend?
The purchaser will receive the eGift Card via email. You can then print or forward the email to your friend or loved one.
Can I get a physical card mailed to me?
We only provide an electronic copy of eGift Card via email.
Can I book less time then what is available on the card?
No. The entire duration of the card must be used in one booking. An eGift Card cannot be split up into multiple session.
What about unused time?
There are no refunds for unused time.
Can I use the code on the booking system?
The eGift Card must be redeemed by filling out this form.
Is there a refund/credit for a regular bay booking?
No.
There is no refund or credit for the difference in value.
Can I get the email sent directly to the recipient?
No.
At this time the purchase receipt and the eGift Card email is automatically sent to the email address of the purchaser.
Can more time be booked?
Yes.
As long as the bay is available, more time can be purchased by the golfer directly by making a normal booking through the scheduling app.
How many people are allowed?
How long does it take to finish a round of virtual golf?
We recommend budgeting 1 hour per player to finish a round.
