When do I pay?

You pay for your golf training session at the time of booking.

What Payment Methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Credit Card Safety

Your credit card information goes directly to our third party credit card processing company, Stripe. This information never goes through our web servers. Stripe is a global online payment processor trusted by thousands of online businesses. Stripe is a level 1 PCI Service Provider, all transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected, and all credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s data center.

Booking

How do I book?

You can book a training session online through your desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone. When you come to the facility, however, you must have a smart phone with access to your email. For more details on how to book, visit our “How It Works” section.

Can I book last minute?

Yes.

Last minute booking are not an issue but keep in mind the following:

  1. We recommend booking at least an hour in advance as email service can sometimes be delayed.
  2. Booking made within the 24 hr cancellation period cannot be cancelled.
  3. Please note that you cannot make a booking where the start time is in the past. For example, at 2:02PM you can’t book for a 2:00PM start.
How many days in advance can I book?

You can book up to 3 days in advance. You can book last minute right up to the Start time, however, we recommend booking at least 1 hour before your start time as email service can sometimes be delayed.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior to your booking start time. You can send an email to cancel@tracergolf.ca. Please include your original booking email.

Can I reschedule a booking?

To reschedule a booking, please send a request to cancel. Then you may create a new booking as you require.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes. If you have cancelled your booking within the proper cancellation window, then you will receive a full refund.

What emails should I expect to receive?

Once you make a booking with us, you will receive 2 emails:

  1. Booking confirmation. This email contains details of your booking, including date, time, location, bay and other important information.
  2. Smart door key. This email will  contain your Smart Door Key to access the facility.  You should receive this email soon after your booking confirmation.  If you do not please contact us by email.  Do not wait until you arrive at the facility.

 

What if I didn't receive my booking email or Smart Door Key email?

Please check your spam folder. Also, if you are using a corporate phone you may need to speak to your IT administrator.

If you are still having issues please contact us by email right away.  Do not wait until you arrive at the facility.

Can I extend my training session?

Yes. As long as the schedule is open, you can just create another booking. Be sure to book before the start time. Once the start time has passed, you will not be able to book for that 15 minute period. For example, at 2:02PM you will not be able to book for 2:00PM.

Is there a minimum booking time?

You can book for as little as 15 minutes. Going to a golf course with no range? Just warm up at Tracer Golf for 15 minutes. Sharpen up your short game and score better.

Is my booking information publicly viewable?

No. Once you book a session, your name will not appear on any publicly viewable schedule.

Location

How can I enter the facility?

Entrance to the facility is by Smart Door Key only.  Anyone with a valid booking will receive a key via email. 

I received a Smart Door Key. When can I use it?

Your Smart Door Key will work from 15 minutes prior to your start time, during your booking and up to 15 minutes after your end time.  You can use it as many times as you need during this time.

What if I need a smoke break outside or forgot something in my car?

No problem.  Your Smart Door Key is active until 15 min after your booking time.  Just remember to bring your phone with you!

What if I forget something after my session is over?

You will have upto 15 minutes to return.  After which you will need to make another booking or contact us during customer service hours.

I want a location near me. How can I request one?

Great! 

We plan to open locations across the GTA.  Where we do it is upto you.

I'm having issues during a session. How can I contact you?

Phones are available throughout the facility and phone support is available everyday, 8am to 9pm.  Outside of support hours you can email us at info@tracergolf.ca

Training Session

Can I play simulated golf courses?

Yes! You can play Pebble Beach, St. Andrews and over 50 South Korean courses. All at no extra charge.

What kind of golf balls do you use? Can I use my own?

We hate range balls too but unfortunately it’s the only way to keep costs down.

BUT feel free to use your own balls.

*Please use balls without Sharpie marks as they will degrade the quality of the video screen over time.

 

Can I bring a friend?

Yes but for safety reasons we allow a maximum of two people per hitting bay.

Do you have clubs for rent?

No.

You must supply your own clubs.
